Estate Planning

A thorough, effective estate plan provides countless benefits.  You can set up distribution plans and clearly convey your final wishes in legally binding documents.  We have the skills and experience needed to ensure your dependents and assets receive the care and management they need.


Intake Form   This form is rather extensive and covers most things you will need to consider when setting up your estate plan.  The more information you provide to us the easier it will be to tailor a plan suited to you, your family, and your goals.


Consultation Fee: $225.00 + 6.2% sales tax - $238.95


Couple's basic package $1,525.00-$225.00 (consultation fee) + 6.2% sales tax = $1,380.60

                - General Durable Powers of Attorney

                - Healthcare Powers of Attorney

                - Living Wills


Individual basic package $1,000.00-$225.00 (consultation fee)+ 6.2% sales tax = $823.05


Includes: - Will*

Couple's Package Revocable Living Trust - $4,000.00-$225.00 (consultation fee) +6.2% sales tax = $4,009.05

Individual' Package Revocable Living Trust - $3,500.00-$225.00 (consultation fee) +6.2% sales tax = $3,478.05

Irrevocable Trusts


Consultation fee: $225.00+6.2% sales tax = $238.95


Hourly rate: $280.00+6.2% sales tax and costs.

Probate or Trust Administration

If you are the executor of a will, trustee of a trust, the beneficiary of an estate, or the unnamed heir of an estate, we offer experienced counsel and dedicated representation at every point in the probate or trust administration process.  We also understand the emotional challenges you may be facing, and our goal is to provide empathetic support, advocate for your rights, and help make this procedure as fair (and painless) as possible.

Real Estate

Elder Law

The elderly deserve the utmost respect, but they may not have the voice or agency they once had. Without proper advocacy, they might not receive the care they need. She now focuses her practice in all areas of estate planning, including Wills (simple and complex), Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Probate and Trust Administration, Real Estate Transacitions, Farm and Ranch Succession, and Business Planning, but she has experience in a wide array of legal matters, including construction litigation, corporate and commercial law, worker's compensation and personal injury.
